Data View

Data View provides a view of the data stored in the database. Users can sort and filter the data to get required details.

All Dataviews allow users to Export Data into excel, word, PDF and CSV formats with a click of a button.

Pre-requisites

Users need to enable access for "Data View" menus under "Link Web - Global Administration - Role Menu Access" .

Steps to filter Data

Select the data view from the list.
Select the date range for the data and click on the "Load Data" button. This will load the data for the selected dates.
Drag the column names to the space under the search to group data.
Click on the "Grey Arrow" to expand into the details once grouped.
